Who we are
This website is operated by MedTechIntel, Inc. You can contact us about privacy at hello@medtechintel.com.
What we collect
- Booking a call. When you schedule a call, the booking is made through Calendly, which collects the name, email address and any details you enter. Calendly is only loaded when you choose to book.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical details of each visit — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and working.
- Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived.
How we use it
- To arrange and hold the calls you book with us.
- To keep the website secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To understand and improve how the website is used.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run this website and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:
- website hosting (DigitalOcean)
- our business email (Microsoft 365)
- website analytics (Google Analytics)
- call scheduling (Calendly)
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Cookies
This website sets strictly necessary cookies — a session cookie and a security token — to keep the website secure. When you book a call, Calendly sets its own cookies to run the booking. Google Analytics also sets cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@medtechintel.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California) you may have additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict our use of your information and to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
